Operations Manager- Richmond, VA
This position oversees and coordinates all activities associated with KePRO’s Medicaid Prior Authorization contract including daily review operations and call center activities. Primarily responsible for establishing action plans, budgets, timetables and outcome measurements; report analysis and action, provider relations, obtains and allocates resources; and reviews progress of the program in order to meet contract deliverables.
Experience Required:
Degree: Master’s Degree Preferred, Registered Nurse, Business/Health Administration.
Customer Service Supervisor - Richmond, VA
Supervise the call center staff and facilitate call center activities including data entry, call processing and incoming fax tracking in a fast paced environment. Responsible for scheduling, call quality monitoring, processing incoming faxes, data entry, analyzing call trending reports and meeting contract deliverables.
Experience Required:
Degree: HS graduate with 3 years medical call center/customer service experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Training Specialist, Nashville, TN
The person in this position conducts needs assessments for training, researches and develops unique conceptual training course to meet demonstrated management needs, delivers training using text, visual aids, and handouts, and evaluates the effectiveness and impact of training courses.
Experience Required: 3-yrs of relevant experience including designing, developing and delivering educational sessions; project management skills. TennCare Experience is a Plus.

Provides administrative or organizational support for Project Director and organization operations.
Experience Required:

Provide telephone and/or e-mail-based customer support for Service Desk incidents per requirements defined in Service Level Agreements (SLA). Escalates incidents as necessary.
Experience Required:
Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent. A+ or other desktop support certifications desirable.
